Black Friday is a great time to shop those pieces you love for less. To get you ready for Black Friday 2025, we've answered some of our commonly asked questions about it below.

WHEN IS BLACK FRIDAY 2025?

This year Black Friday falls on 29th November 2025. But the Monsoon Black Friday sale will start earlier than that. Just sign up to our newsletter to be the first to shop it online (no elbows needed).

WHEN IS CYBER MONDAY 2025?

This year Cyber Monday is on 2nd December 2025 and ends at midnight that night – so if you see something you love, don’t hang about.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer a number of delivery options including Home Delivery, Evri ParcelShop and Click & Collect to your local Monsoon store. A full list of our delivery options can be found here.

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT IN INSTALMENTS?

Yes, we do! You'll have the option to pay via Clear Pay or Klarna at checkout (subject to approval).

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

Yes, we have a lovely team waiting to take your call and help you place an order over the phone. Our team are available Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and can be contacted on 0203 7388 836.

I HAVE A REWARD CARD; CAN I COLLECT POINTS DURING THE BLACK FRIDAY PERIOD?
