WHEN IS BLACK FRIDAY 2024?

This year Black Friday falls on 29th November 2024. But the Monsoon Black Friday sale will start earlier than that. Just sign up to our newsletter to be the first to shop it online (no elbows needed).

WHEN IS CYBER MONDAY 2024?

This year Cyber Monday is on 2nd December 2024 and ends at midnight that night – so if you see something you love, don’t hang about.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer a number of delivery options including Home Delivery, Evri ParcelShop and Click & Collect to your local Monsoon store. A full list of our delivery options can be found here.

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT IN INSTALMENTS?

Yes, we do! You'll have the option to pay via Clear Pay or Klarna at checkout (subject to approval).

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

Yes, we have a lovely team waiting to take your call and help you place an order over the phone. Our team are available Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and can be contacted on 0203 7388 836.

I HAVE A REWARD CARD; CAN I COLLECT POINTS DURING THE BLACK FRIDAY PERIOD?

This year Cyber Monday is on 27th November 2023 and ends at midnight that night – so if you see something you love, don’t hang about.

ARE YOU OFFERING AN EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURN POLICY?

For customers buying Christmas gifts we are happy to offer an extended returns policy. Any Christmas gifts bought online or in store between 21st October 2023 and 24th December 2023 can be returned up until, and including, 15th January 2024 or within the standard 30 days after purchase, whichever is later. When purchasing gifts in store, please ask for a gift receipt so that the recipient can return their gift for an exchange or Gift Card if it is not to their liking. If returning an online order to our warehouse a refund will be processed back to the original payment method for orders returned up until and including 15th January 2024, or within the standard 30 days after purchase, whichever is later.
