What have we achieved so far?
Over the last five years we’ve made great improvements to the fabrics we use. Since the start of 2024, we’re proud to say that...

77% of our viscose
is recycled, LENZING™ ECOVERO™ or grown from responsibly managed forests*
73% of our cotton
is recycled, organic or supports the Better Cotton programme
46% of all our products
use more sustainable materials**
Our people We've worked with many of our suppliers for over 50 years, here's how we look after them:
Our supply chain To protect workers’ conditions and rights, our suppliers sign our Code of Conduct. This ensures fair living wages, no harsh, inhumane treatment, discrimination, forced or child labour.
Our artisans We support craft communities around the world, sustaining traditional skills. Our artisans work in small workshops or from home. To protect them, we ensure our suppliers pay fair working rates and carry out extra monitoring to make sure our Code of Conduct is in place.
Ethical Trading Initiative We believe in the life-changing power of trade. As a founder member of the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI), we’ve been driving improvements in working conditions where we do business and in 1994, we set up the Monsoon Accessorize Trust to support disadvantaged communities across Asia.

We know no single organisation can solve the climate crisis alone. So, we've joined WRAP Textiles 2030, the UK's leading voluntary initiative for the fashion industry. By becoming a member, we've signed up to the common goals of reducing our carbon footprint by 50% and water footprint by 30% as an industry by 2030. Find out more here.
